Dominion Enterprises Consolidates Real Estate Media Brands

Dominion Enterprises announced today that it will unify its real estate brands and businesses, including its flagship brand, Homes.com, into a new division called Homes Media Solutions.

In addition to Homes.com, Homes Media Solutions will include the other Dominion real estate media and technology brands, specializing in marketing and data solutions for real estate professionals. These include Advanced Access, AgentAdvantage, eNeighborhoods and NUMBER1EXPERT®.

Leading the new Homes Media Solutions business unit are two seasoned Dominion executives.  Andy Woolley, vice president of eNeighborhoods, LLC, will assume the role of vice president of Homes Media Solutions, overseeing the Advanced Access, AgentAdvantage, eNeighborhoods and NUMBER1EXPERT® product lines.  Jason Doyle, vice president of Homes.com, will continue to oversee the growth of Homes.com, the nation’s premier real estate search site, visited by over 6 million consumers monthly. Woolley and Doyle will report to Brock MacLean, executive vice president of Homes Media Solutions.

Over the past decade, Dominion Enterprises has emerged as a leading real estate media and technology provider through the growth and success of Homes.com, eNeighborhoods, and its other popular brands. Through the years, these brands have cross-pollinated, sharing best practices, group innovation and product integration to benefit their shared customer base. That cross-pollination has now culminated in the combination of operations under Homes Media Solutions.

MacLean said of Homes Media Solutions and its new leadership team, “Though consumers and real estate professionals have felt the pain of a difficult market, we have an exciting opportunity to change the landscape of the real estate industry with our businesses.  With the creation of Homes Media Solutions, Dominion Enterprises believes we can best combine and leverage our assets, especially the powerhouse brand of Homes.com, to innovate the home search process.”  MacLean continued, “With our new efficiencies as a division, we believe our brands can better create connections between consumers and local professionals starting from the home search process and throughout the home living experience. I believe that Andy Woolley and Jason Doyle bring the right experience to the table to make this goal a reality.”
